Communications
When you contact me by email, I keep a record of the correspondence. If you choose to enter therapy, this record will be held for seven years after therapy concludes as per current legal guidelines, otherwise it will be destroyed after a period of four weeks. At this time, my email system is unencrypted, and its security cannot be completely secure. By using email to communicate with me, you are accepting this and acknowledging that no system can be completely secure. You may decide to carefully consider what you include in your emails.
